The Parish Council normally holds meetings in The White Hart, Fyfield at 7:30pm. Meetings are currently scheduled on the following dates.

• Thursday 8th January 2026.
• Thursday 12th March 2026.
• Thursday 7th May 2026 Annual Parish Meeting and Annual Parish Council Meeting.
• Thursday 10th September 2026.
• Thursday 12th November 2026.

Members of the public are welcome to attend these meetings.

The agenda for the next meeting will be available here and emailed to the Parish Circulation List at least three days before the meeting.

A link will appear here when the agenda is published.

The Parish Meeting will be held prior to the May Council Meeting. Members of the public are cordially invited to attend and raise any issues with the Council.
